By looking at my office it would be easy to tell what season is right around the corner. My office is home to the highly technologically advanced testing center. Every year in August my office is covered in elk calls such as the Primos Sound Plates, the Primos Hyper Lip singles, Bugling Bulls palate plates, and various assortment of bugles and much much more. Strange noises can be heard coming from the testing center at all hours of the day. My wife has a key to the testing center and often times locks me and the elk calls in the room for hours. Our neighbors are at this moment having secret meetings with the HOA to figure out what the odd noises are in the middle of the night and during the day. As the chief operating officer of the testing facility, it is clear that sometimes the calls need to be demonstrated outside in the open air. This is I am sure the topic of the HOA meetings every Tuesday night. Well it is true, archery elk season will be here in less than a month. Every year in August I begin my ritual of loading up on new and old elk calls to make sure I am not missing anything. That is it for now because my wife has finally opened the door and I can now come out for a couple of hours for good behavior!
