I just got back from Reno, NV for the RMEF annual convention. There seemed to be a good turn out from elk hunters from all around the country. I was honored to serve as a judge in the calling contest and the competition was fierce. See pictures below for results. The auctions on Friday and Saturday were fun as well and they raised some good money to help preserve the animal we love!

I went to my good friend Steve Chappell's, Hunting like the Pros, seminar on Friday and it was fantastic as always. Steve demonstrated his calling techiniques and showed some great video clips of screaming bulls. Steve has his own
Signature series elk calls that sound super sweet! These calls are specifically designed by Steve and have great tonal quality to them.
