Lindsay Park's Giant Blacktail
This is my friend Michael Park's sister in laws buck:
I spotted this black tail buck on day 3 of rifle deer season.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t sticking around and I wasn’t ready. My personal guide (aka husband) had a trail camera up in the field we were hunting.
We caught video of the buck so knew that he was still around. The buck was smart though and only came out in the dark. We hunted hard and got lucky, the buck made another appearance a few days before the end of season. I was ready this time! Thanks to my husband Ron Park, brother-in-law Michael Park, and Dad Bob Randall for all their help! I’ve been told the buck may be big enough to go Boone & Crocket…pretty cool!

Terry Chapman's Bull elk
Colburn and Scott Outfitters hunter, Terry Chapman from New Mexico, got his archery bull officially scored. He was guided by Janis Putelis. It scored 372 6/8 Gross and 362 4/8 Net. Congrats Terry on the fine bull! It is also nice when the bull scores a little higher on the official score!

Colorado Mule Deer Hunt
We just got in from our Colorado Mule deer hunt with Brian and Skip Rimsza. We had great cold conditions and saw lots of deer. We hunted for 8 days and Darr, Janis and I had a great time with our Brian and Skip. The quality of bucks seen was not like in years past but we managed to find a couple of nice deer! More pics and video to come soon.
Daniel Franco's Giant Eastern Whitetail
Our friend, Daniel "Boone" Franco of Burnt Timber Outfitters has done it again! He killed agiant 196"+ Kansas buck with his bow. He is sending me some better pics and I will post them when I get them. Did I mention that he killed a 193 Mule deer with his bow a few months ago! Great job Daniel and I can't wait to see the buck in person! You da' man!

Colorado 2nd Rifle Season
We had a great 2nd Rifle season here in central Colorado. My brother was able to harvest his first big game animal, my friend Chris Aycock took his first bull elk, and I killed my first six point. After a soggy start, we got some snow and then bluebird skies and cold temps. The two younger bulls were called in and I hiked about three miles into the wilderness to find my bull, who was running solo already. All hunting occurred on public land with OTC tags. I'd like to thank everyone that helped with all the meat packing chores. Two of the bulls were a ways in and having good friends that answer the phone when the packing call comes in are priceless. Special thanks to Jennifer Jones, Joe Brgoch, Chris Aycock, Nick Varnberg, John Cochran, and Martins Putelis. I'd still be packing quarters if it wasn't for their generous help.

Be quiet maybe he won't see us
First off let me say that I like sunscreen so there! Darr and I had a little buddy that liked to hang out with us while we were glassing. We have so incredible video that I will post at a later date of our friend. This ram just like our company I guess!
